Damaged and defected goods:
We’ll not hesitate to replace an item that has been damaged on delivery. We’ll appreciate to have the original receipt or invoice send with the item. Send them back through US Postal Service within seven days of receipt. Explain vividly what and where the problem is, books should be returned unmarked .
These products will only receive the refund if unwrapped, not opened and in a sealable condition(DVDS, CDS, audio and video cassetts
or other media products).
